She was born January 20, 1942 in Bloomington, IN to Lucius and Maxine (Skinner) Lyman Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jack W. Smith; daughters, one daughter: Teri (Dr. Vic) Kulick of Parma, OH. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard T. Barrett. Funeral services are pending. Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory are handling the arrangements.
