Daniel Ricci Obituary
Ricci, Daniel Joseph, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on November 17, 2018, at University Hospital after a battle with cancer.
Dan was born December 2, 1957 in Cincinnati to Frank and Betty (Moormon) Ricci. Dan attended St. Joseph's School, Walsh Jesuit High School, Kent State University for Bachelors and Masters degrees. Well-loved in the community, and he leaves behind a substantial group of family and friends, and the family thanks them for their support.
Preceded in death by his father Frank Ricci and Norm Meyer. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Ricci; children, Kyra and Emily Ricci; mother, Betty Ricci; brothers, Frank (Katie), John (Tracy) and Richard (Susannah) Ricci; sister, Lori Meyer.
Calling hours will be held 4 PM - 7 PM Monday, November 26, 2018 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at St. Patrick Church in Kent with Fr. Richard Pentello officiating. Burial at Standing Rock Cemetery.
Memorial Donations may be made to Portage County Family and Community Services (Portage County Domestic Violence Shelter) or Big Brothers Big Sisters of Portage County.
