Mildred Louise Brown

Mildred Louise Brown, age 79, of Kent, died on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at home.

Mildred was born September 13, 1939 in Kent to Frank and Florence Felton.

Mildred enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She spent many vacations in Florida, enjoying the sun and fishing with her husband. She also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City with her daughters and sister. She affectionately was known as the “goose lady” dressing her goose as Sam or Samantha.

She is survived by her husband, Alvin Brown; son, Alvin H. Brown, Jr.; daughters; Angel L. (Scott) Brandner, Dawn M. (Tim) Prince, Rebel L. (Tom) Bigler, Robin A. (Scott) Cooper; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Felton; sisters, Helen Whitted, Grace Sommerville, Clara Wells, Rita White; sister-in-law, Kimiko Brown.  She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Felton, mother Florence Agnes Speilmann; sister, Mary Lucas; and brother Frank “Jugg” Felton.

Cremation will follow at Bissler & Sons Crematory.
