Carol Zajac

Carol (Devine) Zajac, 94, of Brecksville, Ohio, was welcomed into Heaven on September 25, 2026. Born to the late Marie and George Devine, preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis; survived by brother William Devine; devoted daughters Katherine Lennon (Dale), Susan Turner (Rick); grandchildren Jeremy Lennon (Libby), Rick Turner III, Christian Turner, Amy Lennon; 4 great-grandchildren, 4 great, great-grandchildren; dear cousin Dora Barlow (Paul), and caring nieces and nephews.

She converted to Catholicism as a young wife and mother. Her life was made full by her beautiful marriage, loving family, friendships, volunteerism, and international travel. She worked as the office manager for an engineering firm where her excellent organizational skills were valued. She was a dedicated reader; her mind and memory remained sharp as did her wit and fashion sense.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Basil the Great Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141, on October 12, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
