Caroline Lawler

Caroline Lawler, age 77, of Kent, OH, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, a month short of her 78th birthday.

Caroline was born March 13, 1948 in Oakland, CA to the late R. Palmer and Karla (Stanek) Lawler Sr.

She is survived by her brother, Robert P. (Karen) Lawler, Jr. of North Carolina, and nephew Jay (Melanie) Lawler; nieces, Marie Lawler, and Michelle Lawler. She is also survived by her “adopted family,” Michele Pixley and her three children, Dominic Ryan, Donte Smith, Kea Smith, and extended family as well as her pets Rhea, Bugsy, and Monkey; as well as numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, R. Palmer Lawler Sr., Karla Lawler; nephew, J. Bryan Lawler.

Services will be held at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your local SPCA or animal shelter.
