Frederick G. (Rick) Smith, 78, of Wilmington, Delaware, died Monday, May 10, 2021 of complications from Parkinson's disease.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 12:00PM at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 628 W. Main St. Kent, OH 44240. Inurnment will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00AM-12:00PM at the funeral home.
