Glenna M. Romonchuk, 84, of Monroe Falls, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family and friends, Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Akron General Medical Center.
She was born November 21, 1926 in Huntington, WV to Arnet and Louise (Jones) Fitchjarrels.
She is survived by sons: John (Mary) Gregory of North Ridgeville and Arnett (Portia) Gregory of Kent; daughters: Elizabeth (Victor) Veskosky of Espyville, PA and Sharon Miller of Parma; grandchildren: William Miller III, Tracy (Jack) Patton, Carol Renee (Jeff Kocsis) Gregory, John Gregory III, Nicholas Howdyshell, Gregory Howdyshell, Arnett (Barb) Gregory Jr., Jodi (Scott) Stillisano, Carie (Steve) Wright, Lisa Gregory, and Laura (Dave) Adolphson; many great grandchildren; and brother: Charles (Jane) Shull of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John J. Gregory and William Romonchuk; daughter, Mary Lou Howdyshell, grandson, Carl John Howdyshell, parents, and siblings.
Calling hours will be held 5-8 PM Tuesday, May 3rd at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home 628 West Main Street, Kent, where services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 4th, 2011.
