Jane Jones Tankersley

Jane Jones Tankersley, age 88, of Pickens, SC, died on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Gardens of Western Reserve in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Jane was born October 17, 1932 in Duane, KY to Paul and Sophie (McIntosh) Jones.

A longtime resident of Pickens, Jane served the City of Easley, SC, as the Assistant City Clerk for more than 20 years.

She is survived by daughter, Melody (Christine Balan) Tankersley of Kent, OH; sons, Kenneth (Kari) Tankersley, II, of Pendleton, SC; Paul (Kimberly) Tankersley of Pickens, SC; grandsons, Joshua (Brooke) Tankersley; and Jackson Tankersley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Sophie Jones; sister, June (Jones) Thompson; husband, Kenneth Tankersley; and grandson, Christopher Tankersley.
