Joanne C. Davenport

Joanne C. Davenport, 88, of Streetsboro, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at Tamarack Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Streetsboro on May 11, 1937 to the late Merle E. and Martha L. Wilcox and was a graduate of Aurora High School. Joanne enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and loved spending time with her family. She was a dog lover and volunteered extensively with Love on a Leash/Wags for Wellness at University Hospitals. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Merle W. “Bud” Wilcox; sister Beverly Wilcox and son-in-law Jon Yenulonis.

Joanne leaves her husband Robert Davenport; children, Debbie (Brian Dail) Davenport, Nancy Yenulonis, Mark (Yolanda) Davenport and Jeani (Pat) Barchalk; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

In honoring her wishes, Joanne will be cremated, and a private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
