Kathryn M. Lucken

Kathryn M. Lucken, age 99, of Kent, died on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at The Gables at Kent Ridge.

Kathryn was born November 23, 1919 in Shadyside, to Daniel and Georgiana (McMillen) Evans.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Kent.  Kathryn was also a member of the Olive Chapter Order of Eastern Star and Kent Garden Club.

She is survived by grandson, Gregory Howe; son-in-law, James Howe; brother-in-law, Robert Wingard.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lucken; daughter, Barbara Howe; grandson, Gary Howe; parents, Daniel and Georgiana (McMillen) Evans; brothers, Carl, Bradly, Nile and Jerry Evans; sisters, Roxy Neff, Grace Johnson, Rosella Lucks, Myrta Evans Jane Lucken and Joan Wingard.

Calling hours will be held 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Monday, July 1, 2019 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association C/o Alzheimer's Research, 70 W.
