Linda Jane Pryor

Linda Jane (Hart) Pryor, age 85, of Kent, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026. She was born on July 12, 1940 in Sandy Lake, PA to the late Charles and Amy (Brink) Hart and was the 12th of 13 children.

Linda was the salutatorian in her graduating class at 16 years old. She retired from Huntington Bank after 30 years of employment. Linda was an active member of Lake Brady United Methodist Church with 40 years of helping in the nursery and she served on many different committees through the years. She enjoyed reading, shopping and helping children. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Pryor; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Harry and Doris Pryor; four sisters and five brothers.

She is survived by her daughter Crystal (David) Coley; son Craig (Amanda Griffith) Pryor; grandchildren, David (Megan) Coley, Devin (Aaron) Eberling, Sydney (Chase Aguire) Pryor and Jaidyn Sams; great grandchildren, Milah Nagy, Peyton Eberling, Peyton Coley, Ashton Eberling, Carter Jones, Beckham Aguire and Emerson Coley; one brother and two sisters.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00PM at Lake Brady United Methodist Church, 1995 Brady Lake Rd. Kent, OH 44240.

Memorial donations may be made, in her name, to the Lake Brady Food Pantry.
