Matthew B. Kokochak

Matthew B. Kokochak, 48, of Kent, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 22, 2026. He was born in Akron on July 14, 1977 and was a beloved son to John and Melody Kokochak. He was the apple of their eye and they were very proud of him.

He was the devoted brother of Eric (Rindi Lee) Kokochak; uncle to Jagger and Sunnie; loving fiancé to Cassie; stepfather to Bri, Bella, Luke, Lilly, Liam (his fishing buddy), Lydia and Aleigha.

In honoring his wishes, Matthew will be cremated and a graveside service will be held at Standing Rock Cemetery at a later date.
