Michael David Pierce

We mourn Michael David Pierce who passed away in March 2019.

Born on August 10, 1983 in Akron, Ohio, Michael grew up in Kent.

He worked as a restaurant manager, bartender, and landscaper. Michael was never one to turn away from a euchre game or a talk about which album moved him the most that day. A devoted follower of local sports, he will be remembered for his affable nature, good humor, and soft smile.

He is survived by his mother, Francine Bauer; stepfather, Paul Bauer; brothers, Justin Pierce (Jennefer) and Samuel Bauer; niece, Ada Mae Pierce; nephew, Isaac Pierce; grandmother, Sue Pierce; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He is also survived by his lifelong friends, Jon Perkowski and Greg Lofaro.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Michael was loved and will be greatly missed.
