Terry Allen Ray, 66, of Kent, died Monday, February 16, 2015 at Hospice Care Center.
He was born March 24, 1948 in Ravenna, to Donald and Gladys (McMullen) Ray. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Kent, Ravenna Moose Lodge #1234 and was the Administrator of the Lodge from 1999-2010, Demolay and the Italian American Club. Terry loved bowling, golf, bocce, playing the drums and animals. He was adventurous, spontaneous and lived life for every moment.
He is survived by his wife, Penny J. (Thomas) Ray, whom he married on September 20, 1975; daughters, Cortney (Joe) Adelman of Canton and Brittany Ray of Kent. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Gladys Ray.
Calling hours will be held 6-8 PM Thursday, February 19th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protective League, 8122 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, OH 44266.
