William A. Phillips II

William A. Phillips II, 96, of Kent, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026 at UH Portage Medical Center. He was born in Cleveland on June 30, 1930 to the late William and Nellie Phillips.

William was employed as a mold designer for Custom Mold and Reuther Mold and later opened and operated PMD Company. He enjoyed golf and bowling and was a member of VFW Post #8487 in Mogadore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Roseann Phillips on November 2, 2008; son Michael Phillips; daughter Susie Phillips and sister Genevieve Lynde.

He leaves his daughter and son-in-law Janet and Michael Pennock; son Edward Jennings; nephew Lowell Lynde Jr. and his cat Char.

In honoring his wishes, William will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the VFW in Mogadore.
