Winifred "Winnie" Weingart, age 89, of Streetsboro, passed away peaceful in her home on Thursday, January 10, 2019.
Winifred "Winnie" was born April 11, 1929 in Kent, to Winfred and Neva (Beechy) Clapp.
She is survived by son, Larry Weingart; daughters, Lynn Doyle, and Lori Lang; granddaughter, Kali (Gerald) Ariyasingam; great-grandchildren, Noah, Ava, and Evan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Weingart, and her parents, Winfred, and Neva Clapp.
She enjoyed, sewing, knitting, bowling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
A very special thanks to Tracy Pewton for making her wish to remain at home possible. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Animal Protective League, 8122 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
