Barbara Quier Obituary
Barbara Jean Quier, age 85, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at her home, surrounded by loved ones.
Barbara was born September 30, 1936, in Ravenna, Ohio, to Frank and Cleo (Hall) Dennis.
Barbara was a graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School, class of 1954. Her hobbies included baking, cooking (especially Sunday dinners), reading, gambling and her GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Donald, children Greg (Elinor) Quier, Kristi Quier, Geoff Quier, granddaughters Erica (Greg) Loeser and Gina (Rob) Becker and great grandchildren Garrett Tucker, JJ, Max, Grace, Paige Loeser.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Cleo Dennis, and her brother Frank (Dick) Dennis.
Calling hours will be held 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory at 628 West Main Street, Kent 44240, followed by a memorial service at 5:30 PM with Kevin O'Brien officiating. In lieu of flowers, Barbara has requested that donations be made to Summa Hospice.
