Charles L. Kilby

Charles L. Kilby, age 76, of Aurora, died on Friday, March 6, 2020 at The Avenue of Aurora.

Charles was born November 9, 1943 in Bainbridge, to Neal and Frances Kilby.  Charles retired from the City of Chagrin Falls after 28 years of service, where he worked for the Street Department and was the Sexton of the City Cemetery.  He loved paint by numbers and word search puzzles.  Charles loved animals especially the family dog Missy.

He is survived by wife of 41 years, Ann; sister, Mary (Joe) Clutts; brother, David Kilby; niece, Daphne (Thomas) Thornberger; nephew, Joey Clutts; brother-in-law, David Rashley.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Neal and Frances Kilby.

Calling hours will be held 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Kent.
