Gerald “Jerry” L. Knapp, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 2, 2020 at his home.

Jerry was born July 8, 1960 in Ravenna to James and Helen (Berman) Knapp.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen, and his nephew Zachery. He leaves behind his father, James Knapp and his step-mother, Doris Knapp of Brimfield; his daughter, Jennifer (Harold) Haddox of Medina, three brothers, Michael (Kat) Knapp of Brimfield, James “Danny” (Tricia) Knapp of Ravenna, and Kevin Knapp of Suffield; Sister, Kristine Knapp of Randolph; nieces, Valerie Knapp of Brimfield, and Emma Knapp of Suffield; nephew, Austin Knapp; and his beloved dog, Max, along with many cousins and friends.

He was a member of the Laborers Local Union No. 894, and retired after 30 years. As per Jerry’s wishes, he was cremated and wanted no calling hours.
