India M Lucas, age 33, of Kent, died suddenly on August 22nd at UH Portage Medical Center.

India was born April 30, 1987 in Ravenna, to Ian Lucas and Antoinette Jones.

India graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in 2005. She worked at Hattie Larlham as a nurses aide for 8 years.

She is survived by her parents Ian Lucas and Antoinette Jones; brothers Brandon Lucas and Blake Jones; sisters, Imani and Imari Lucas; children Deonne, Brayven and London; uncles Erik Lucas, Michael Jones and Carlos Johson, and a long list of extended family. She was preceded in death by grandfathers Lewis Johnson and Craig Lucas; grandmothers Anna Lucas and Patricia Jones.

Cremation in the care of Bissler & Sons Funeral Home. Memorial will be for private immediate family only.
