Kevin L. Duke

Kevin L. Duke passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at UH Hospital in Ravenna.

He was born on June 13,1968 to Jack and Louise Duke in Cuyahoga Falls along with his twin brother, Mike. He attended Kent Roosevelt High School, class of 1986 and University of Akron. In his younger years he was very agile and enjoyed BMX bike racing and skate boarding. He worked as an iron worker, building tall structures. Kevin had a quick wit and enjoyed spending time with his kids talking and joking.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack; grandparents, Clyde (Thelma) Hamric and John (Rose) Duke. Kevin will be missed by his survivors including mom, Louise Duke-Rhodes and stepdad, Bob Rhodes of Kent ; twin brother, Mike of St. Petersburg, FL, brother, Jeff of Green; stepbrother, Robert(Mindy) Rhodes, stepsister, Jennifer; sons, Andrew and Austin,  daughters, Brittney, Chloe and Hannah.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 20 form 2-4 pm at Bissler and Son’s Funeral Home in Kent with a memorial service to follow at 4 pm. Services in care of Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 628 West Main Street, Kent, OH 44240
