Nellie Mae (McDonald) Wright

Nellie Mae Wright, age 89, of Kent, died on Monday, August 3, 2020 at UH Portage Medical Center.

Nellie was born September 21, 1930 in Akron to Raymond and Freda (Fuller) McDonald.

She was Longtime resident of Kent. Former owner of Fashion Flair Beauty Salon in Kent. A member of Brady Lake United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert Wright; daughters, Nancy Deischl, and Connie Wright; nine grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wright Sr.; daughter, JoAnn M. Griffin; parents, Raymond and Freda McDonald; and four siblings.

Calling hours will be held 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2020 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held following visitation at Grandview Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Brady Lake United Methodist Church, 1995 Brady Lake United Methodist Church, 1995 Lake Road, Kent, Ohio.
