Robert "Bob" A. Lansinger

Robert “Bob” Archibald Lansinger, Jr., age 61, of Kent, died on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at his home.

Robert was born July 21, 1958 in Ravenna, to Robert and Mabel (Riemenschneider) Lansinger.

Lifetime Kent resident, living in the house that his parents built as newlyweds in 1949. Graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School. Employed for many years at Carlon and then Cantex, where he retired. Enjoyed spending time with his dogs Dakota and Cheyenne, and woodworking, traveling, visiting state parks, movies, and Cleveland sports teams.

He never let someone get the upper hand when it came to conversation, and would end one with a, whatever and everything.

He is survived by his sister, Judy (Robin) Melby; brothers, Richard (Debbie) Lansinger, and William (Jody) Lansinger Sr.; nieces and nephews, Adam (Jessica) Lansinger, William (Jessica) Lansinger Jr., Stephanie (Eric) Arbogast, Erin (Craig) Smith, Laura (Jamal) Saxton, Shawn Lansinger, and Nick Lansinger; great nieces and nephews, Colton and Natalie Arbogast, Elliot Lansinger; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Betty Mae Lansinger; parents Robert, and Mabel Lansinger.

Calling hours will be held 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Bissler & Sons and 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Thursday, June 4, 2020 at St. Patrick Church.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, June 4, 2020, at St. Patrick Church with Fr. Richard Pentello officiating.  Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery.
