Rose Nemeth

Rose Nemeth, 98, of Kent, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Vista Veranda.  She was born in Akron on October 15, 1922 to the late Louis and Lydia (Matyus) Wince.  Rose grew up on a farm and loved nature.  Even into her mid 90’s, she was actively taking care of her flower garden.  She was an animal lover, especially dogs.  She enjoyed gardening, music, playing the organ and dancing.  She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed baking.  Rose will forever be remembered as a very caring soul who would help anyone in need.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Nemeth and her siblings, Louis, Margaret, Frank, James, Elizabeth and Rose. 

She leaves her nieces, Rebecca (James) Willoughby, Jeanne (Richard) Flick and Dolores Bulgrin; her nephew Thomas (Francine) Wince; and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 1:00PM at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home, 628 W. Main St. Kent, OH 44240 with the Rev. Don Upson officiating.  Inurnment will follow at Restland Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30PM-1:00PM on Friday at the funeral home.
