Shu-mei Tsai

With sadness, love, and profound gratitude, the family of Shu-mei Tsai
announces her passing on July 30, 2022.
Surrounded by her family, Shu-mei Tsai passed away peacefully.
She is survived by her husband, Professor Chun-che Tsai, her children,
Mitchell, Eric, and Margaret. She lived a full life devoted to her family.
Shu-mei had a heart of gold and was adored and loved by everyone who met her due
to her cheerful and smiling personality. Always generous with her
family and friends. She was very artistic and enjoyed beautiful
flowers, landscapes, artwork and classical music. Shu-mei was an
incredibly intelligent, talented poet & writer who also took joy in photography and
traveling. She was always very inquisitive and curious about learning.
Her passion for life and beauty was evident in her smile. Her memory
will be cherished by her family and friends.
In honoring her wishes, Shu-mei will be cremated and a celebration of
life will be planned in the future.
