Susan C. LaPorte (Corley), age 75, of Kent, OH, died on Sunday, September 27, 2020.

Susan was born January 4, 1945 in Akron, OH to Joseph Henry and Glenna Irene (Texter) Corley. Susan was a graduate of Stow High School.

She is survived by daughter, Christina Bartow of Tallmadge, and son, John (Kolleen) LaPorte of Sturgis, MI; grandchildren, Corey (Lara), Daniel Bartow; Joleen, Emma and Alyson LaPorte; great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexis and Griffin Bartow; brother, C. John (Lynette) Corley of Virginia Beach, VA and many nieces, nephews and close friends. She was preceded in death by parents, Joseph Henry and Glenna Irene (Texter) Corley; husband, George P. LaPorte; son, George “Jeep” Patterson LaPorte Jr., daughter, Pauline Marie LaPorte, brother and sister-in-law Lester and Cheryl Corley, sister and brother- in- law, Judy and Dick Tenney.
